We can repair and manufacture metric and imperial gears, with our metric capabilities ranging from M1 to M10 and our imperial capabilities ranging from 3DP to 24DP. All heat treatments are done in house.

FITTING AND MACHINING

With more than 100 years of experience amongst our professional workers, CVC Gear Corporation is sure to provide appropriate and sustainable solutions to any machining and fitting problems. Our workshop is equipped with 8 different size lathes and 5 different size milling machines. Specialised workers will be able to machine simple straight shafts and cut keyways enabling the manufacture of complex parts according to unique specifications.
WELDING AND SHEET METAL WORK
Our welding and sheet metal work division offers different cutting and bending services as per your requirements. Cutting is done by a plasma cutter or a guillotine.
More complex cutting requests will be done with a CNC plasma cutter.
